Returns:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and must include the
original receipt/packing slip and in the original packaging with any free
gifts or promotions included.
The sender must pay all shipping charges.
Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned
for a full refund to your credit card, less original shipping charge.
No returns, exchanges, or store credits are accepted on Opened product .
No returns, exchanges, or store credits are accepted on cosmetics, skin
care,lotions, Diffusers., fragrances or sale-priced items.All sales are final.
All RETURNED Orders will be Charged a 15% RE-STOCKING FEE.
Product damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund
will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back to our warehouse.
Please make sure you like the scent you are buying, once the diffusers
are opened you can not return them.
